This in-person event will take place every Wednesday starting Wed January 7 2026 at 6pm at the FLYLOFT. The venue is located at 117 North Boston Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74103.

1st Wednesday: High Fitness
Jan 7, Feb 4, March 4 from 6-7pm
With Kimberly WallHigh Fitness is an aerobic cardio class that combines cardio and toning tracks to give you a full body workout. The best way to find out what High classes are like is to attend! Options are included for all fitness levels and no equipment is needed. Just throw on some comfy clothes, supportive shoes, and get ready to have a sweaty blast!

2nd Wednesday: Broadway Dance
Jan 14, Feb 11, March 11 from 6-7pm
With Jen AldenThis class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class includes warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. Center will focus on the musical “Oklahoma”. Emphasis will also be placed on learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and telling a story through dance and performance quality.

3rd Wednesday: Contemporary Jazz
Jan 21, Feb 18, March 18 from 6-7pm
With Karmen BoughA 40 minute center floor jazz warm up that works on various things like endurance, technique, muscle control, stretching, and strengthening. Followed by classic technique focused across the floor.

4th Wednesday: Contemporary Focus
Jan 28, Feb 25, March 25 from 6-7pm
With Alicia ChesserWant to speak more clearly through your body? In this contemporary dance class, we will use active imagination and awareness of our sensations and intentions to explore how our focus affects our movement. With somatic investigation into the relationship of our bodies with time and space, we’ll explore contemporary pathways in stable and shifting exercises that culminate in a phrase that sends you on a journey of feeling and expression.
