Kimberly Wall

Core Company Dancer

Kimberly has loved dance and music from a young age. She grew up in Woodward, Oklahoma and studied tap, jazz, and ballet with Brenda Alexander at the Woodward Studio of Dance. She then focused her attention on music and graduated with a Music with Elective Studies in Business degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. When she moved to Tulsa for her marketing internship at the Tulsa Ballet, her love of dance was rekindled. She took classes and eventually taught at the Nancy Clark Studio of Dance. After seeing Portico (now Oklahoma Movement) perform “Project Alice”, she immediately wanted to become a part of the group.

She joined Oklahoma Movement in September of 2010. Some of her favorite productions are “Super Suite” and “BorN”, and one of her favorite roles was the Queen of Hearts when they revised Project Alice in 2019. She has also performed in several Theater Tulsa productions including “Oklahoma!”, “Cabaret”, and “Something Rotten.” Kimberly recently joined the Tulsa Symphony as their Marketing Coordinator and is grateful she gets to promote and support the arts in Tulsa.

Kimberly started getting into group fitness after her son, Owen, was born and she was looking for a way to get back into shape. She found that working out alone was no fun, so she joined Sky Fitness and took several group fitness classes. When the group fitness manager, Lesli Schnare, suggested she look into teaching fitness classes, she took a High Fitness masterclass and was hooked! She became certified and started teaching High Fitness in January of 2018 and has since added Les Mills BodyPump and Aqua Fitness to her group teaching schedule. She believes that fitness is so important for everyone, especially as we get older, and loves to be a small part of anyone’s fitness journey. She encourages everyone to try group fitness, find a class that they like, and go for it!
